Vision
Contact us today to discuss your project and determine whether Jeter Construction is the right fit for your vision. To ensure a productive initial conversation, please be prepared to share the following details:
• Location of the build
• Approximate square footage
• Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
• Desired custom design features (Wish List)
Design
Once we determine that we are a strong fit for one another, we will schedule an in person meeting to accomplish the following:
• Review existing plans or initiate new plan development
• Engage the design and build team
• Refine and finalize the design and overall budget
Create
Construction will begin once the budget is finalized and a formal contract is prepared and executed. This phase includes:
• Finalizing the contract
• Securing financing
• Obtaining all required permits
• Beginning construction
