Site, Budget & Schedule Alignment
A thorough pre-construction process covering site evaluation, engineering coordination, trade selection, material procurement, and schedule development. Every decision aligned before ground is broken.
Contract & Commencement
A clear, detailed contract that reflects every aligned decision. No ambiguity. No assumptions. Construction begins only when all parties are in complete agreement.
