Yes. We prefer to be introduced early. Our most successful projects involve builder integration during the design phase, not after plans are finalized. Early collaboration prevents the compromises that happen when structural realities meet design documents for the first time.

The timeline depends on project scope, design complexity, and site conditions. For most homes in the $2M — $10M range, clients should plan for 18 to 30 months from the beginning of the pre-construction phase through completion. We provide detailed schedule projections during planning and communicate transparently throughout the build.

Transparency is a cornerstone of how we work. Any change that affects cost or schedule is presented clearly, with context, before it is executed. Our clients are never surprised by costs. They are informed and involved in every material decision.

We recommend beginning the conversation 6 to 12 months before you intend to break ground and earlier is always better. Our capacity is limited by design, and we do not rush the planning process. The earlier we connect, the more value we can add to your project.

We build along the Emerald Coast, primarily 30A (including Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, WaterColor, Seaside, Grayton Beach, and surrounding communities), Panama City Beach, and Destin. Our deep knowledge of this specific region is a meaningful advantage for our clients.
